Additional Photos - Power Page Overview

Have more questions? Submit a request

The Additional Photos Power Page is where you can showcase property photos with the ability to modify both the page layout and the number of photos displayed on the page. Photos are pulled from the Media section of the Property Edit Form but can also be directly uploaded to the document. This Power Page appears in your page library marked with a lightning bolt icon and highlighted in mango to note the powerful functionality.

This overview article will act as a guide of the page functionality to help you get the most of this Power Page.

Page Function

  • Layouts
    • Select “Default” from the blue bar at the top of the page to update the layout of photos displayed on the page.
  • Options
    • Customize the layout options here by selecting the number of photos featured on each row or column of the page.

Layouts

The Additional Photos page layout functionality provides the opportunity to include multiple versions of the page in a document with the same number of photos but with a different look and feel on each page. These are the different layouts available in the first drop-down list of the blue bar for the Additional Photos page:

  • Default
  • 1 Photo
  • Two Rows
  • Two Columns
  • Three Rows
  • Three Columns

Options

Page options live in the second drop-down list of the blue bar and affect what elements display on the page. Here are the different options available for the Additional Photos page:

  • Captions
    • Edit the text box below each photo to include a brief caption. Choosing to show or hide captions will impact all photos on the page.
  • Rows
    • Controls how many rows of photos will be shown from top to bottom
  • Columns
    • Controls how many rows of photos will be shown from top to bottom

Number of photos will dynamically display based on the number of photos the user has uploaded to the PEF. These photos will pull in order now from top left to bottom right, and will rearrange if the page options or layouts are changed by the user.

If you’ve adjusted the photo display settings (fill, fit, stretch, or center) or changed the orientation of a particular photo, you may need to revisit those settings when adjusting page options, as they may be affected by adding or removing additional photos from rows or columns.
