The site plan page is a great way to showcase all the plan images uploaded to the Property Edit Form or created using the Plans feature.
With the Site Plan page you can display up to four site plan images or show editable property content along with your plan images.
Important Note: If you are looking to show your plan images along with available space details please use the Plans or Lease Spaces pages from your page library
Before you Start
In order to use this page you must first either publish a plan using the plans feature or update the image label to Site Plan in the media section of the Property Edit Form
Publish a Plan
Please follow these steps to ensure you properly published your plan image for use in documents
- Navigate to the Plans link on your property show page
- Select the gear icon on the plans(s) you wish to publish
- Select Publish to Website and Docs
- Repeat this process for all plans you want to have shown on your website and in your documents

Updating Image Labels
If you do not wish to use the plans feature you can also follow these steps to ensure your images are labeled correctly in the Property Edit Form
- Select Edit Listing from your property show page
- Navigate to the Media Section of Property Edit Form
- Select Site Plan from drop down menu
- When finished with all edits select Save Listing
Edit your Template
The Site Plan Power Page offers Three Layouts and multiple page options allowing you to showcase your plans on a single page
Layouts
- 1 Site Plan: Allows you to show one large site plan the spans full content area of page
- 2 Rows: Splits the page in a top and bottom section allowing you to show up to four horizontal plan images or a combination of plan images and property information
- 2 Columns: Splits the page in a left and right section allowing you to show up to four vertical plan images
- Layout Default: Layouts will default based on number of plan images set to show
Options
If our default configuration does not suit your needs you can use any of the below options to move content and images to get the layout you want.
Important Note: Available options may change depending on the layout you have selected
Available on all Layouts
- Captions: Allows you to show an editable caption at bottom of plan. This will automatically populate text entered into description field of image in Property Edit Form
- Not to Scale Label: Allows you to show an editable tag in top right of plan images noting plans are Not to Scale
Available on 2 Row layout only
- Top Row: Allows you to change the number of plans shown in the top row
- 1 Site Plan
- 2 Site Plans
- Bottom Row: In addition to allowing you to change the number of plans shown in the bottom row this option also allows you to show text content instead of images
- 1 Site Plan
- 2 Site Plans
- Text Content - Will override all plans in bottom row to show text
- Text Content: Allows you to set what text will show in the bottom row (content will only show if Bottom Row option set to Text Content)

- Left Column: Allows you to change the number of plans shown in the left column
- 1 Site Plan

FAQs
Why is my site plan image not showing on the page?
If no image displays when you pull up a new Plans page, follow these steps to ensure you have published a plan:
- Navigate to the Plans link on your property show page
- Select the gear icon on the plans(s) you wish to publish
- Select Site Plan from the dropdown selection
OR
- Navigate to the Media section of the Property Edit Form
- Choose Site Plan from the dropdown next to your plan image
- Save Listing after edits have been made
Why are the details entered into the Lease Spaces section not showing on this page?
This page does not support showing the details entered for each individual lease space entered in the Property Edit Form
We recommend using either the Lease Spaces or Plans page from your page library to showcase your site plan along with your space details
