Projects expands our core marketing functionality into a collaborative workspace. There, your team can leverage data from across the entire Buildout platform to contribute to a more streamlined listing process.
Your workspace in Projects will serve as a comprehensive command center for each listing. Manage work across your team and log every activity and point of communication for easy transparency and reference. Then track your metrics, lead pipeline, and closing predictions around all your marketing efforts to close your deals faster.
Take full advantage of the connection between Projects and your Database. Create new projects from research property records, attach owners or potential buyers to listings, and update contact records from your lead pipeline. All transaction predictions and statuses feed into your Pipeline and—with commission plans and history from Back Office—help you predict and track your cash flow.
Push properties from Database into Projects, manage your listing process from a centralized tool, instantly generate branded marketing collateral, and track the status of each deal and how it fits into your larger Pipeline.
How to use Projects
The Project view allows all roles within a brokerage to work together on a Listing or an Assignment and share relevant information without requiring the users to share a Database.
The Overview tab on the Project provides users with a holistic view from which they can better collaborate and share information, giving the Project team a competitive advantage to win opportunities (Proposal phase).
Once an opportunity is won (Market/Under Contract Phase), the Project team can continue working together to efficiently execute the Project by adding important client details and sharing the contact information for other related contacts via the Details card, posting general updates for the team and tracking overall activity on the Project via the Activity Feed tab, delegating work via the Tasks tab, maintaining Pipelines via the Predictions card, managing the momentum the Project is seeing via the Leads tab (for Listings only) and tracking the scheduling and success of marketing efforts via the Metrics tab (for Listings only).
After a Project has concluded (Closed/Off Market phase), the Project provides all Collaborators with a record of all progress that was made on the deal and allows users to take the necessary steps to finalize vouchers and ultimately receive payment for their hard work.
