With the Lease Spaces page, you are able to showcase all of your property’s individual lease space information and site plan images that have been entered into the Property Edit Form.
Note: For information on using the Plans Power Page or Plans Tab please refer to the following articles - Plans - Feature Overview

Adding Site Plan Image

- Navigate to the Media section of the property edit form and upload the plan image as you would any other property image
- Select Site Plan from the dropdown selection
Edit your template
This page gives you plenty of options and layouts to configure your page exactly how you want.
- Begin by selecting a preferred layout for how you want the content-oriented
- Here are some things to keep in mind as you determine the layout that best works for you:
- What orientation is your Site Plan (horizontal/vertical)
- How many lease spaces do you have to display on the page
- Are you looking to fill the page or have more white space
- Here are some things to keep in mind as you determine the layout that best works for you:
- From the document you can select only the spaces you want to show from the Lease Spaces section of the Property Edit Form using the blue toolbar to Choose Lease Spaces (gear icon).
- Once a layout and desired lease spaces are selected, you begin adjusting how and what content is shown on the page by using the Columns & Spaces Shown options from the blue toolbar
- Spaces Shown: Allows you choose the space availability you populate on this page
- Available
- Unavailable
- Columns: Allows you to choose what columns of information populate on this page
- Suite
- Tenant
- Size
- Type
- Rate
- Description
- Video
- This page also offers different color-coding options to help differentiate the availability of your lease spaces to best suit your needs:
- Rows: Will apply a background color to the full row to differentiate available and unavailable spaces
- Color Marker: Will apply color to small markers to differentiate available and unavailable
- Text: Will apply color to text only to differentiate available and unavailable spaces
- You are also given two options for image height, 1/2 height, or 3/4 height. The 3/4 height option will have your image take up a large portion of the page. This is great if you’re only displaying a couple of lease spaces or if your image is taller rather than shorter. The 1/2 height option will allow you to show more lease spaces on one page.
