When you invite a lead to view documents, this is what their experience entails.
Note: You cannot use the email address associated with your Buildout account to test this functionality. We prevent Buildout users from showing up as leads to keep your reporting accurate.
The lead you’ve manually added to the project and invited will receive an email that looks similar to the one below.
Clicking on the Access Materials button will take them to the property website where they can
- Use an existing password if they’ve already created an account in the past OR
- Simply enter a password to finish creating the account. All other fields that you filled out when you created the lead will be filled out for them.
Once a password has been created or entered, they will be directed to the Documents tab and can click to view the document(s).
