How to Reset a User's Password

The Rethink system administrator is responsible for maintaining user accounts.  As a system administrator, you have the ability to initiate a password reset on behalf of a user, when necessary.  After following the steps in this article, the user will receive an email with instructions on how to reset their password.  

1. Click the gear icon to access Setup

2. Search for 'users' in the Quick Find box, then click on Users 

3. Select Users

4. Check the box next to the desired user(s), then click the Reset Password button

The user(s) will receive an email in the next few minutes with instructions on how to reset their password (example below)
