How to Reset a User's Password

The Rethink system administrator is responsible for maintaining user accounts.  As a system administrator, you have the ability to initiate a password reset on behalf of your user, whenever necessary.  After following the steps in this article, the user will receive an automated email with instructions on how to reset their password.  

1. Click the gear icon to access Setup

2. Search for Users 

3. Select Users

4. Select the User(s) whose the password you would like to have reset:

Then select Reset Password(s). The selected users will receive an email from Rethink sent to their email with instructions on how to reset their password:
