The system administrator is responsible for maintaining user accounts and initiating password resets on behalf of their users when necessary.
Follow the steps in this article to initiate a password reset for a user who is unable to login to their CRM.
1. Click the gear icon to access Setup
2. Search for 'users' in the Quick Find box, then click on Users
3. Select Users
4. Check the box next to the desired user(s), then click the Reset Password button
The user(s) will receive an email in the next few minutes with instructions on how to reset their password (example below)
