New Year, New Features

We took a different approach to our New Year’s resolutions this year. We’ve known for a while we wanted to release new features and functionality that make it easier for you to close deals in 2020, so instead of waiting until January 1^st to get started, we’ve been working behind the scenes for the last few months.

And we’re not waiting until the end of the year to measure our success. In fact, we’ve already achieved our goal. (And now, we’re going to set new goals and get back to work. We’re really big on the whole self-improvement thing.)

Here’s a look at what’s new:

Winter Release Post Install Button

We’ve made it even easier to take advantage of the new features and enhancements available in this release.

Instead of changing settings in profiles, we’ve added a button that will trigger the upgrade.

Here’s what you need to know.

Stacking Plan Updates

Introducing the new-look Stacking Plan. It’s sleeker than ever — but don’t let that distract you from the updated functionality, including the ability to:

• Add a Space
• Create a Deal
• Toggle between a group of floors
• Identify what spaces are missing Lease Expiration Dates

GEOsearch updates

We updated GEOsearch once, but quickly realized we weren’t satisfied. So, we updated it again … and again and again.

Here are the four resulting enhancements:

1. Comps view by financial information

Ever wish you could view COMP data by financial information in GEOsearch? Now you can. Just select View Transaction Details.

2. Deal Stage is now a default filter

Now, you can quickly identify properties and spaces in GEOsearch by Deal Stage thanks to a new default filter.

3. Customize Deal Stage Color

We added the ability to assign a color to each deal stage, making data analysis easier than ever.

4. Property Type Filter

You wanted a Property Type filter, so we made it happen. Enjoy!

Deal Pipeline

Thanks to two new enhancements, you’ll now have greater control of and insight into your deal pipeline.

1. Activity Report

New customizations allow you to select which fields your Activity Report displays.

Wondering if deals are stalling out? Deal Stage Tracking will now allow you to see how long a deal has been in its current stage.
