How to Access Rethink CRM

Ready to get started? First, bookmark the login page: 

Once your Rethink System Administrator creates your user account, you will receive an email with your username and a link to set your password and security question.



Click on the link in the email to set your password. You will be taken to a password set up screen.



Be sure to save the answer to the Security Question. You will need this if you complete a password reset from the login page. If you forget the answer to the Security Question, no worries, contact Rethink Support to complete a hard reset. A hard reset will remove the Security Question and Answer associated with your profile and allow you to reset your password and Security Question.


Changing Your Password or Security Question

Any user with access to their profile can change their password or security question. 

Access your personal settings by clicking your avatar, then select Settings.  




Select Change My Password. Complete the fields under Change My Password, then click Save.




Resetting your password

Forgot your password? No worries! There are two ways to complete a password reset.


Standard User (non-administrator)

 At the login page, click on Forgot Your Password.




You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your user profile.




After clicking Continue, you will receive an email with your username and a link to set a new password.

If you have trouble with the above, please reach out to your Rethink system administrator to perform a password reset from the user setup menu.
