If you reached your limit of Rethink licenses, please contact your Account Executive or reach out to Product Support (email@example.com).
Once Rethink has received your request for a new license, your Account Executive will create an Add-On contract for you to sign.
As soon as Rethink receives the signed contract for the additional license(s), our Finance Team will process the payment and submit a request to provision your new license(s). This process typically takes between 24 and 48 hours. A member of our team will reach out when the licenses are provisioned to let you know that you can now add your new user(s).
