Accessing Rethink as a System Admin

When your Rethink contract is signed and licenses are provisioned you will receive a Welcome Email from the Client Success Team. The Welcome Email will provide your username and login information:



Once you have logged in with the information provided by the Welcome Email, you can change your password.

How to change your password

Click on your profile icon > select Settings > select Change My Password > fill in the required information > Save
