What is Property Sites?
Property Sites are property listings that are specially formatted for email. Property Sites allows you to send a collection of filtered listings to a client by email that meet their requirements.
How to Use Property Sites
First, you will need to access GEOsearch and filter the data to suit your client's specifications. Once filtered, select the properties or spaces/units from the search results, then click on the email icon. 
This will generate an email template that you can send to your client.
To access Property Sites, click See more details in the email template.
Property Sites will display all images associated with the property. The template includes a brief description of the property, building details, photos, and a map that displays its location. When your client completes the form, an Inquiry record is created and associated with the contact.
