The home page is the first page that you see when you log in to Rethink. This article will direct you, the System Administrator, on how to access the Page Editor to adjust your home page. After all, this is your home page and it should be designed to help you accomplish your day-to-day as successfully as possible. You can also create new home pages for users by Profile Types. The home page can include reports, widgets, and more.
Access the Editor from Lightning App Builder
Go to the Setup icon and select Edit Page:
Moving Components
This editor allows for simple drag-and-drop functionality. For example, if you'd prefer to see your daily task list before anything else, click on the box and drag to your destination, then click Save.
Removing Components
See something you'd rather not? No problem! From the editor, simply click on the small trash icon in the top right of the component.
Adding Components
You'll notice a menu of components on the left side of the editor page. If you'd like to add a Report or List View to your home page, select the component and drag it to the intended location.
Creating a New Home Page
Would you rather start from scratch? Instead of using the page editor, you'll go to Setup, search App Builder in the Quick Find search box, then select Lightning App Builder. Click New.
*Tip: You may want to clone the REthink CRE Home Page and edit from anew, just in case you feel like coming back to the original.
