Creating a Property Record
Step 1. Click into the Properties object and select New.
A window will open asking what type of Property you are adding to Rethink.
These are examples of Record types and hold specific information and fields specific to the Property Type you choose:
- Office
- Industrial
- Land
- Multifamily
- Portfolio
- Retail
Step 2. After you select the Property type and select Next, another window will open prompting you to provide additional information and certain information is required when creating a new Property, for example, Property Name. It is also advised to provide as much detailed information you can as well.
You can provide additional property information at a later date but recommended to include the full address and any Ownership Details information. Be sure to click Save once you have provided all the new Property information.
