With a click of a button, you can provide your clients with the most up-to-date comparable insights in the market. Regardless of how you acquire comp data, Rethink gives you the ability to record and effectively use it to help generate business.
- Capture internal and external Sale and Lease Comps
- Quickly search across Comps in GEOsearch
- Import and store Comp files and documents, linking them directly to the Comp record
To create a manual Comp, select + New Comp from the Comps tab drop-down menu.
Choose the record type - Lease Comp or Sale Comp - when prompted.
Click Next, then complete the information for the Comp. Click Save when done. Note that Comp Name is a required field. Comps can be edited at any time, so no worries if you need to go back to change or add something later on.
Once a Comp is created, it can be accessed from the Comps object (or tab).
