To keep your account more secure, all products built on the Salesforce platform will be required to log in with multi-factor authentication (MFA) starting February 1, 2022. MFA adds another level of security to ensure you are the only person who can access your Rethink account.
Action Item:
To prepare for the update, all users need to download the Salesforce Authenticator app on the Apple or Google Play store to your mobile device and log in. When MFA is required, users will be prompted to use the Salesforce Authenticator app to ‘Approve’ or ‘Deny’ login requests. Please watch the video below for instructions on how to enable MFA in your Rethink org.
