The Buildout Product Support team is here to help you succeed in navigating our product and getting the most of our software. We can help to recommend articles and training, or report issues that arise while using our platform. You can get in touch with our team of product experts by using the information below:

From within Buildout or the Buildout Help Center

The easiest way to contact the Product Support team is by using the widget within Buildout:

  1. Select the Support widget in the bottom right corner of your screen
  2. Ask our chatbot for assistance! Our bot will recommend relevant materials and FAQs. To reach our Customer Support team, select Get in touch
  3. Select Leave a message, then fill out the required fields to submit your request

By email

The most efficient way to submit a request is via our web form. Once your request has been submitted, a member of our Support Team will follow-up by email. Alternatively, requests can be email to support@buildout.com.

By phone

Buildout is currently offering a beta of phone support. While not all issues can be resolved live on the phone, phone support allows customers to submit detailed requests by speaking directly to a live agent. Complex issues will then be escalated and followed up on via email. To get in touch with our Product Support Team, select Request a callback from the Support widget found within the Buildout product or the Buildout Help Center. Our team is available to assist during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
