Buildout Connect is a free service that delivers buyers investment opportunities that match their criteria.
Getting Started
To get started, navigate to Buildout Connect. If you are an existing Buildout Connect user, you can sign on here. If you are new to the platform, you can select Sign Up to create a free profile!
Once you are signed in, you'll have the opportunity to set your own personalized investment criteria. This will notify you when new listings that meet your criteria are entered into Buildout Connect.
Matches
Once you have created a profile, you will receive a notification when properties meet your criteria. You'll be greeted with new matches the next time you log in!
From within your matches, you can mark listings as Interested or Pass. If you mark a listing as interested, the broker will receive your contact information to follow up with you. You can view listings you have marked as Interested or Passed at any time using the tabs in the navigation bar.
Web History
The Web History page within Buildout Connect will allow you to revisit recently viewed properties. Any listings you have visited while signed in will appear here.
