Setting up the Outlook Email Integration

  1. Click the gear icon in the top right corner, and click on Setup.

  2. In the top left Quick Find, search for "outlook", and click on “Outlook Integration and Sync”.

  3. Click the switch button on the right to activate the Outlook Integration

  4. Open Outlook and install the Salesforce add-in. For further information on installing add-ins to Outlook, refer to this help article.

  5. Once installed, open the Salesforce add-in within Outlook and sign in using your Apto credentials.
