Ready to send your proposal?
Once you have completed any necessary adjustments, you are ready to share the proposal with your client! When using Buildout Proposals, you have a few options to share the information.
Send the proposal document via email
To send the proposal document via email, you will first need to copy the document link. You can do so by navigating to Listings > Your Listing > Documents and selecting Link from the listed options.
Alternatively, you can download the document from Buildout. You can do so by navigating to Listings > Your Listing > Documents and selecting Download from the Gear icon.
Share the property website directly
To share the property website of your proposal with your client directly, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Listings > Your Listing > Website
- Select copy URL to copy the listed website address to your clipboard
- Paste the link directly into an email to share it with your client
