Within the navigation bar at the top of the screen, you'll see the button that takes you to the Comps page. The Comps page allows you to create and organize all of your Sale and Lease Comps in Buildout. Toggle between the Sale Comps and the Lease Comps page by clicking on the drop-down directly to the right of the green New Sale Comp or New Lease Comp button.
Create New Comps
Similar to the Property Edit Form, you can click on the green New Sale Comp or New Lease Comp button to be redirected to the New Comp Form. Here, you can enter all of the information needed to create a new Comp. Once you have filled out all of the required fields, click "Create Comp" at the bottom of the page.
